Welcome to the inauguration of the new cluster of ICC WOMEN HELLAS, the Female Founders’ Startups Cluster! This event is novel, because we will have the chance to learn about both women who have set up start-up companies and, at the same time, women who invest in female led start-ups!
Representatives of the Greek female-led startup community will join us from industries such as, healthtech, biotech, e-commerce, hospitality HR tech, agritech and, even, spacetech.

We will also have with us outstanding female angel and venture capital investors, such as Mrs Candace Johnson, from the International Chamber of Commerce, Mrs Selma Prodanovic, Mrs Marina Hatsopoulos, Mrs Katerina Pramatari and Mrs Alexandra Choli. It is also our honor to have with us, the Deputy Minister of Development & Investment for Research & Innovation, Mr Christos Dimas. The main activities and goals of the newly established, Female Founders’ Startups Cluster of ICC WOMEN HELLAS for the near term are briefly described below
We plan to proceed with a “Female Founders’ startups Competition” aiming to urge more Greek female scientists and entrepreneurs to get engaged with the startup community.
• Collaboration with Greek universities, in order to organize masterclasses and workshops for Female students.
• Collaboration with the Greek Diaspora Female-led startups and Female investors.
• Coordination of masterclasses and workshops to be offered to ICC WOMEN HELLAS. Among others, the goal is to attract women professionals on angel investing.
